Best spa experience ever. I went in for a 50 Minute signature spa experience. My masseuse was Christine and she was wonderful. I went in over 2.5 hours early to enjoy all the amenities and that was a great decision. All of the rooms and pools were fantastic. Highly recommend this experience for those non-Vegas people like me, who don’t gamble and just want to find some quiet and relaxation 🙏🏼

This place is AMAZING. The atmosphere is to die for let alone the services. All of the staff are so lovely and helpful. Extremely clean, snacks and drink. Now THIS is a spa. Gorgeous, clean facility. There were plenty of amenities from the hot tubs, roman tubs, and heated lounges, to the various saunas/steam rooms. The eucalyptus one was my favorite. I showered prior to my massage. A few had "out of order" signs, but it was no issue, because there were plenty. My massage was amazing. I wish the oil used had more of a scent. I had an amazing time and look forward to returning.

This is hands down the best spa in Vegas! I usually spend about an hour or so in the spa before or after a service but Qua has so many great places to lounge and relax that I found myself spending about three hours there. It’s also nice that they offer the day pass that gets you three hours of spa facility usage even if you’re not having a service. You can have the spa experience without the large price tag!

This place is beautiful, I loved the Roman baths! I had a facial appointment and oh my, it was wonderful. There was even a short scalp massage included. I could have stayed there all day, oh wait I did!! The Arctic ice room was my favorite! I loved being able to cool down after the hot tub. The showers had waterfall and body heads that made showering a dream, I had everything amenity needed while getting ready. Even cotton swabs! I really enjoyed my experience here.

Very friendly staff in the ladies spa. Overall very clean and spacious. We arrived 30 minutes prior and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. My husband and I had a 50 minute couples massage and I added on the scalp massage service. It was by far the best massage I have ever received. I left feeling like a cloud and so relaxed. Had the best massage of my life. I have a neurological condition that causes my neck muscles to constantly contact. Between that and the 6 hour flight I was in serious plain. Lizette was amazing. She listened when I told her my pain points and got them all. I woke up this morning feeling like a new woman. Ask for Lizette when you book your massage!

Had a pedicure and couples massage at the MGM Grand spa. I got a gel pedicure and paid for the extras like the scrub and body butter. The pedicure was good but not sure it was worth the price. I love that i was offered a mimosa during my pedicure. We were hoping to be offered a glass of something suring our massage, but all they offer is tea, coffee, and juice. The couples massage was wonderful though! They ask that you get there 30 mins before which allows you to use the jacuzzi tub, dry sauna, showers, etc. before your massage. My daughter's stuffed animal, Trevor, went on the trip with us and our masseuse was sweet enough to offer to take a picture of him with us. We definitely enjoyed the massages and will book again the next time we visit the MGM Grand.

The spa is worth a visit, actually multiple visits! Instead of spending the $75 to just use the facility, I recommend booking a treatment. With MOST treatments you are granted access to the spa for the day.

This was an incredible experience. From the moment you walk out of the elevator it is peaceful. I had two services (massage and facial) and it was amazing. Afterwards you have an option to visit the meditation room or sit in the sauna. I will most certainly be returning on my next trip to Vegas.

So very peaceful, great therapists for the couples massage! Stone beds are a must. The steam room hot tubs showers amazing. Really had the best day there definitely going again.

Fabulous luxury spa. Employees were exceptional and my massage was amazing with warm massage oil and a warming cabinet for my robe. Private jacuzzi and pool and sauna. Can't wait to come back!

There weren't many pictures that I could find so here are some. The men's locker area was tight with narrow corridors especially is the dressing area. Really too tight and awkward as people were naked and dressing. I hope the women's side was better since women probably used the spa more? The men's lounge was stocked with bottled waters, apple juice and orange juice as well as fruits and trail mix. Was really strange that I had to ask the attendant for a hair dryer since none was out in the open. Made me think that they cater to bald men? 👨‍ 😂 The showers were pretty good... with body sprays and showers that wasn't over water restrictive. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and plunge pool were all nice sized. It was worth it given I'm a local and we get 20% off. I'll be back!

Wow. Getting a massage and hanging out at the spa for an afternoon was reccomended by a local friend. Yes, a massage is going to cost more than back home, but they did such a great job! On top of that, you can spend the afternoon here enjoying the amenities, sitting by the pool, and you could even order lunch to your seat by the pool! I will absolutely be back!

Did a one-hour massage here to escape the summer Vegas heat. The women’s only facility is beautiful—clean, modern, serene, and not at all crowded. Massage was great, and they had plenty of other things to do afterwards, including heated pool overlooking the strip, cold rain shower room, dry sauna, steam sauna, and some heated stone chairs also with a view. They provide champagne, snacks, and water. Spent an hour exploring the facilities afterwards and felt the $200 price tag was well worth the money.

The spa is one of the best features this hotel has to offer. The mssage therapists are phenomenal and seemingly know all of the spots to focus on and where best to alleviate tension in muscles. I love the steam room, heated rock chairs (though they may not look like they would be comfortable, you could easily fall asleep on them), and all of the extras they offer within the spa. It's a very tranquil environment and perfect for relaxation! I always leave feeling so rejuvenated and would highly recommend visiting if you have the chance to!

I booked a one hour signature massage + CBD spot treatment with Daisy. The facilities were very nice, the staff very attentive, and I had the best massage I've ever had. The CBD spot treatment was very effective too. I had neck pain from whiplash that disappeared after my appointment. I highly recommend this spa and booking a service with Daisy. I only wish I had known they were closing an hour earlier than their posted hours that day, because I didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities.

Visited in July and Jared did an amazing massage! Pedicure was great too. Everything was clean. Staff was polite, prompt, and professional for my appointments. You can enjoy the sauna, quiet room, and hot tubs all day upon entry. It was really nice!

Alemair, from the Salon at Mandalay Bay showed my new wife and myself n othing but kindness. He gave a whole new meaning to customer appreciation . If I could give them 20 Stars I would, but apparently I can only give five stars and five stars he is given what a wonderful experience my new wife and I had at the couples massage. The customer service kindness that we was above and beyond anything I would ever expect

I had a wonderful massage here. A blow out and make-up application that was just as wonderful. Affordable prices. I left feeling sexy. The gift shop in the spa was also nice.

What an amazing experience from check-in to the end of service. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and considerate. The spa hostess was superb! She really catered to the clients. It was also so very relaxing that I even fell asleep waiting in the zen area. I NEVER do that! My therapist (Angel) was outstanding! He really listened to me and customized my experience. I've been to high-end spas all over the world, and this is one of the best ones...top 3 for sure!

I really enjoyed my time here. $25 day pass for the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and cold tub, plus showers. I had a pedicure and spent an hour in the spa prior to my appointment. It was so relaxing. There are separated male and female sides so the dress code is clothing optional. Staff was all amazing. I’d definitely go back again.

When I moved to Vegas 9 years ago, I started trying out different spas around The Strip for my annual birthday spa day. I came here last year and got the Fleur de Sel massage and it was one of the best massages I have had in my life (and I get monthly massages). I decided to repeat my birthday spa day here again this year - which I have never done before. Same masseuse (ahhhhhh I am spacing his name but he is incredible) and same great experience. I like that this spa is not run over with people and it is always a peaceful experience. I wish I could afford this massage more often, but Voie makes it worth it.

This place was great. Check in was easy- they do have a hot tub in both the men’s and females locker rooms- only downfall is it’s not shared so if your their with your significant other , you can’t sit in it together. I didn’t sit in it because I didn’t bring a swimsuit but the lady who worked their said clothing is optional for it. They had complimentary water, juice, coffee etc. got couple massages and they were good! Make sure to check your bill as I believe the tip was already added.

Great place to relax and unwind! I highly recommend stopping in for all your pampering needs. I left feeling renewed and revived!

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Thai massage, and both my wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the service (5-Stars all the way!). What made our day even more enjoyable was the spa's fantastic day pass, which granted us access to a wide range of exceptional amenities until 7 pm. This included access to a steam room, sauna, cold and hot pools, and jetted showers equipped with a minimum of 14 heads, ensuring a thorough cleanse from head to toe. To top it off, they provided all the essentials, including two lockers for your belongings, a robe, slippers, and towels, as well as a variety of amenities ranging from mouthwash to facial cleanser. It's important to note that this is not a co-ed spa experience.

I have been to many spas, this one is not the largest but definitely amazing. I felt at peace and the showers were to die for. Definitely recommend getting day passes here. I did not have time for a massage, can’t comment on that but did see everyone coming out of the spa brand new 🙂 0:12
